Its been too long...

It has been 83 days to the day, that I wrote my last blog...yes, pretty sad for this to be an awesome project. Well, here I go at it again. I have a good friend of mines that is doing his own blog pertaining to his experience during a 3-month trial dealing with his own situation. With his decision to write, I remembered that I to once had a blog...SOO, here are updates; the belly is growing, baby is healthy and the mommy-to-be is on her yoga at this very moment that I am writing this. (lol, prego yoga). In the past couple months we have gone through a rocky road, dealing with lots of things on our plate and dealing with a pregnancy at a young age will get you to an exasperated point (at times) and can be difficult. The best we have done is stick to our guns, and be good to one another and grow and learn together.

So happy good news. Erica is on her 21st week of pregnancy, she can feel the baby move and do somersaults(exaggerative) within. We decided on finding out the gender of the baby. ::drum role please:: BOY...our bean has gone to become a lil boy growing in there. So now imagine how excited I am to have a lil man, SUPER EXCITED. We have purchased two of the most important items for a newborn, and those were pretty hefty, but well worth it.

Now, here is a funny story about the doctor that attended for the anatomy screening last week. So, we get in, she is being prepped and the nurse starts showing images of the fetus and telling us all the body parts and telling us good stuff and all. then without hesitation or a "SURPRISE" she says "well, its a boy". I automatically said YOU SURE..lol..yea questioning the 'professional'. Nurse leaves and the Doctor comes in and says he has to do another check see because the images were unclear. I kinda panic, sweat-ed a lil, I was confused didn't know if to worry or not, and the dude seemed like a real douche , so he continues with the images and  just confirms that the baby is indeed healthy and all well, and a BOY. (btw he gave me credit for being concern for the health instead of the gender, yep yep)lol...anyways we have a healthy baby boy that is still developing and can't wait to have him here.

here is an updated ultrasound pic:
